PT. Mitra Sinergi Sukses is a private Indonesian migrant worker placement company (P3MI) based in Malang, East Java and is one of the best placement companies in Indonesia. It has been operating since 2005 in the development of Indonesian human resources and overseas placement, both informal and professional sectors.
Our large group consists of the internship and skilled work division to Japan through LPK (SO) Mitra Sarana Sejahtera, Indonesian skill training center through LPK Mitra Bina Bangsa, and the overseas education consulting division through PT. Mitra Sinergi Anugerah.
Operating since 2005, in the development of Indonesian human resources and the placement of Indonesian migrant workers abroad. All placements follow the procedures and stages in accordance with the Indonesian Manpower Law while paying attention to the protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers.
PT. Mitra Sinergi Sukses has collaborated with various companies in Asia Pacific countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, GCC / Middle Eastern countries such as UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and European countries such as Germany, Romania and Turkiye.
We prepare a series of excellent recruitment, selection and training procedures, supported by dozens of professionals to train, prepare and nurture prospective migrant workers. We also cooperate with hundreds of vocational schools, institutions and universities all over Indonesia.
LPK (SO) Mitra Sarana Sejahtera is a Japanese language institution located in Malang, East Java. We are also an official Sending Organization based on a permit from the Directorate General of Binalattas, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of the Association of Overseas Internship Organizers (AP2LN).
Our institution is here to respond to the huge need for internship participants and skilled workers in Japan, as well as to reduce the unemployment rate in East Java and Eastern Indonesia, especially vocational graduates. It is hoped that this program can be a solution to the needs of the nation, through the birth of many entrepreneurs and acceleration in knowledge and technology transfer.

Ausbildung is a German vocational program and the best in Europe, which provides opportunities for participants to take free vocational studies while conducting applicable and necessary practical trainings.
After concluding Ausbildung, students have high potential to continue their careers in Germany and earn up to 50 million monthly salary, or return to Indonesia as businesspersons, entrepreneurs, or working at high-level positions.
